I had the pleasure of meeting Sean (Doc) when I had an insurance claim to bring my vehicle to Fender Mender. He kept it professional the entire time. He was kind, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about his job as did all of the other staff that I interacted with during repair of my vehicle. Doc stook out the most by going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my visit would be one for me to remember. Doc, as well as the whole Fender Mender team in Goose Creek, has exceeded my expectations of the paint job that I received...The paint matched perfectly. I am simply blown away by this business. I stopped in to get an estimate on buffing out some marks made by a shopping cart down the side of my car and was lucky enough to have Doc wait on me today. He told me if they could be buffed out, he’d do it right then and at no charge. WHERE do you get service like that these days? My car looks AMAZING, like the marks were never there. This is top-notch customer service that is incredibly rare to find. Everyone I encountered was friendly and Doc was so courteous to me and did a fabulous job. While I hope to not need car repairs on a regular basis, I will most certainly come here if I do. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place! Very highly recommend!

This location in Goose Creek is very impressive.The customer service by Mr. Shawn Zieman and the staff was excellent!The final product or outcome of my vehicle was great. Mr. James in the body shop did a outstanding job on my truck and I was totally satisfied. Mr James came highly recommended and lived up to his full potential!!I highly recommend James and the rest of the Fender Mender staff to anyone out there looking to get their automobile fixed and being taken of by a good staff.The only little issue I had was it took longer to get the job done on my vehicle than expected and what they quoted it would take.Thanks Shawn and James!

Fender Mender is FANTASTIC! I picked up my "06" Kia sportage today and I have to say it looks the best it has in years. They had done complimentary detailing not only on the exterior but also the interior. They have great customer service (pleasant and helpful) and I was very pleased with the work they did on my car. Anyone that is complaining about this shop is either wanting something for free, or was born with the intellectual capacity of a gnat. This is a great shop They walk you through any insurance processes and tell you what is going on throughout the process.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Quick, professional service. I had my car repaired from a minor car accident. The sweet young lady made sure my rental car was squared away. She was very helpful when there was a mixup with which rental car company the insurance people had set up. The lobby is clean and the people are kind. My bumper looked like new when I picked up my car! Jeremy was kind and called to tel me when the car was done, and he went out of his way to get my baby’s car seat base out of the rental car seat. If you’ve dealt with a car seat base then you’d understand. It’s a pain in the butt. Thanks Fender Mender for your great service!

Top Notch Business! I was treated like a princess as soon as I walked in the door and so was my baby the 2016 Range Rover. They were very friendly, informative, and made me feel very special. My car looked absolutely amazing and I am not just saying that as a woman. My husband looked at every inch of the vehicle and said they did a fantastic job. Also, it was raining the day I got my estimate before repairs and the owner walked me to my car with an umbrella. Total gentleman! The umbrella was to small to cover both of us, so he of course got soaked. Chivalry is not dead! So sorry by the way sir, but I will always remember and recommend. Thanks Again! Our family will always use Fender Mender.
